Abid,
Two things…
1) When you go to the Job search page the layout has a problem which requires people to scroll the page right to see everything. I’ve noted this behaviour in both FireFox and IE6. This is a particularly annoying issue and could be construed by many as unprofessional. It will likely cost you visitors…
2) Perhaps you could consider adding a feature which I believe would be quite useful.
On our message boards at http://forums.htmlhelp.com we have a forum specifically for Jobs for Programmers. If you were to allow for custom RSS feeds as jobs are posted I would be happy to automate the process of feeding posts into my forum.
When I say custom feeds, I mean I would like to set a list of required keywords for the feed that are appropriate for my member base. For example, HTML PHP ASP MySQL CSS XML xHTML, etc.
Incidentally, the current RSS feed is basically useless because it is exporting over 600 jobs.
If you are interested in pursuing this feel free to contact me.
